Meditation For Your Wellbeing
When: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month (June, July, August), 12:10–12:40 p.m.
Where:E25-202 (upstairs from the E25 atrium, near Kendall Square)
What: Take a break for body and mind! Community Wellness at MIT Medical offers drop-in meditation and relaxation sessions. Sit back and relax — the program is free for the MIT community. No experience necessary. Please arrive promptly — meditation begins at 12:10.
